世界の様子 Environment

すべての大陸が集まってできた超大陸パンゲアは内陸性気候が 強く、暑く乾燥していた。
前の時代のペルム紀末の環境激変により、低酸素時代が続いている。

The climate of the Pangaea supercontinent of all the land joined
together was hot dry continental climate.
Early Triassic was still in the low oxygen environment
because of previous End-Permian environmental changes.

生物 Life

三畳紀は「爬虫類の時代」の始まりであり、次第に多様、繁栄していく。
哺乳類の祖先である単弓類も世界中に見られたが、徐々に衰退していく。

The Triassic Period was "Age of Reptiles".
Reptiles were diversifying and spreading during this period.
Synapsids of mammal's ancestors were common in the world,
but gradually declined.
